Development of 17 food concessions

Catering spaces that integrate with the transformation of the airport and meet the various needs of travellers.

As part of major transformations at Montreal Airport, we built and renovated 17 food concessions. The work included some minor modernization projects, some major transformations and several new concessions
We have refurbished, among others: Starbucks cafés, a restaurant for Auberge Saint-Gabriel, Pork & Pickle, Ice Bar, Houston Bar Grill, Avenue des Canadiens, Bistrot, St-Hubert, Burger King, Pronto, La Tapenade and even a street food truck.
Each of the concessions had to clearly display the brands image while falling within the design criteria defined by the airport. The spaces had to adapt to the flow of passenger traffic in order to maximize the visibility of the spaces and create an inviting place to stop during transit periods.
